  2. My friends and I bought laptop for programming and everyone choose different brand. Acer, HP, Dell, MSI and Macbook. I got my Acer Aspire E15, used to code at least 5 hours on weekdays and half day on weekends while my friend maybe spend 2 hours a day. Tell you what, it has been 3 years and this is the first time I had to send it for repair due to overheating while my friends already repair their laptop at least twice. Acer will not disappoint you as long as you take a good care on it

  22. From the 5 only dell xps and Microsoft surface are decent rest are not good for coding, are you sure you are a coder. Visual studio and SQL server will kill these laptops all day long. For a developer you need, ethernet port for better net signal, hdmi port, full size keyboard and 1920 x 1080 and your number 1 had 1368 x 768px resolution which is joke.

Laptops give you the components of a desktop computer packed into a portable unit that you can take anywhere.

Working on the move, away from the office or at a different desk is a lot more convenient when using a laptop than a desktop.
